I am trying to change my diet. I don't like feeling under-productive or under the weather at all, and I think that going raw will help with that. However, I do not crave raw food that often, and I usually just try to incorporate some raw fruit or veggies in my meals. The question is, do I want to go 100% raw, or just keep trying to slowly incorporate it into my diet. I know at some point I will want to go 100% raw, because that is my goal. But right now, I don't feel really attracted to raw food. What do ya'll think?
